With the Video Sales Tool you are able to upload and manage your email databases, create video messages and distribute your video messages in a custom branded video template directly to your email lists. Following is a brief explanation of each function followed by a short video walk through of the application.

Create Video Messages — This section is where you create a new video message or select a pre-recorded message to send to your database. The first step is to select a template in which to place your video. Most companies will have one or more custom templates designed that they can choose from at any time. After choosing your template, you can either select a video that you previously recorded with the video sales tool, upload a video from your desktop or record a new video. If you choose to record a new video, the program will recognize the webcam that you have hooked up to your computer and prompt you to start recording. You will be able to review your video before selecting the final version. Then you can add a personal message, select a subject name for the email and send the video email to one recipient or to an entire database that you have saved.

Create Custom Messages — The Video Sales Tool contains a message creation module that enables you to create and distribute simple text or html email messages and send them to your saved databases.

Distribution List — You may upload multiple email databases to The Video Sales Tool from your desktop. You can build new lists or append additional names to an existing list. When you are ready to send your video email, you can select which list you want the message delivered to. All messages, video and non-video that you create are delivered through our email servers. Unsubscribe requests are handled automatically with our email management software.

Manage Messages — Every message that you create is automatically saved for future use in our manage messages page. You can resend the message at any time to any of your existing email databases or to a single email address. You can also edit any message that you previously created.

Manage Videos — The manage videos section is where all of the videos that you created or uploaded are saved. You can select them for inserting in future video emails that you create.
